What do you charge?
Plans start at 9% of collected rent (Essential), with Plus at 11% and Investor Concierge at 13%. Your proposal spells out exactly what’s included.
Is leasing included?
Leasing is a separate fee: 100%, 75% or 50% of one month’s rent depending on your plan.
Who approves tenants?
You do. We screen every applicant consistently and in line with fair housing law, then present qualified applications for your final decision.
How is maintenance handled?
Residents submit requests through the portal. We triage them, dispatch our team or a trusted vendor, and keep records.
Can I switch from my current manager?
Yes. We review your current agreement’s notice terms and coordinate the handoff of leases, deposit records and tenant information.
